We believe every person is a vital part of the body of Christ in the local church. The Dream Team is a group of authentic people that have discovered their gifts and passions. Whatever your gift or talent, there is a place for you to serve on the Dream Team.

Dream Teams
Use you gift of administration to support FWC teams by helping with answering phones, making copies, data entry, event prep, errands, special projects and attention to details.
Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experience with a warm welcome by preparing coffee and hosting guests at the coffee bar.
Our team uses our gifts to help reach people through visual elements and social marketing using web design, SEO, photography, social media, graphic design and advertising.
team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church facility and grounds. Assist with housekeeping, special projects, repairs and grounds.
Engage every guest with a welcoming smile and the love of Jesus from the parking lot to the lobby. Greet people at the front doors and provide direction as needed.
Serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at FWC.
Work behind the scenes and also serves at church-wide events that occur throughout the year by helping to plan, shop, create, set up, break down, and serve meals or snacks.
Invest in the lives of our children by creating an environment where children are exposed to the love of Jesus though Bible teaching, worship, prayer, activities, personal interaction, audio and video, small groups, and games.
Welcome families as they arrive to our FWC children’s areas and facilitates the check- in process to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Serves as the first impression by welcoming people as they enter and leave FWC, overseeing ‘Welcome’ signs and providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Assist in communicating using programs and equipment such as sound board, lighting, cameras, and other visual elements. Certain positions require experience, while others are open for training.
Welcome guests by orienting them with the campus facilities, child check-in, and providing info and resources. Also facilitate the bookstore, including processing electronic payments.
Facilitate a Small Groups and build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps.
Help create a positive worship experience by welcoming guests and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and communion. Maintain a safe, orderly and distraction-free service environment.
Our team helps to build the next generation, communicating love and acceptance of Jesus to our middle and high school students. Help to plan and facilitate services, events, small groups and annual summer camp, Camp Decision.
Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
