Chris and her husband of 40 years, Mike, have 3 kids, 3 bonus kids (their kids’ spouses), and 9 grandbabies. Chris grew up in a suburb of Chicago and moved to Port Orange in 1980. She became a believer in 1981 due to reading the Word with her now husband. While raising their children, Chris has homeschooled them and taught in Christian schools. She serves on the FWC prayer team and strongly believes in laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover. She desires to see others transformed by the Word of God. She and her husband lead a weekly home Bible study. Her foundational Scripture is John 8:32 - “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

She is a Charis Bible College graduate and licensed minister.
Loves to study the Word and disciple others.
Enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Likes taking road trips and exploring.
Basically a coffee snob, preferring a specific Costa Rican coffee.
Favorite movie is the original “Mary Poppins.”
