Kathy Dowding
Infant Director
Kathy Dowding has attended Family Worship Center with her husband Joe, since 2013. Kathy enjoys, and is honored, to be the FWC Infant Director. She loves leading such a great Infant Dream Team.
Kathy is a graduate of Deland High School. She became a daycare teacher for many years, in order to be close to her three daughters while they were young. She eventually worked for Volusia County school district as a school bus driver.
Fun facts about Kathy:
Met husband Joe (from Nebraska) online in 1999 and they married on Valentines Day in 2000, and I thank God every day for Him being our matchmaker!
Loves organizing, decorating, being outdoors, bike-riding, walking, and feeding her birds.
Enjoys fellowship with others, worship, and reading God's love letter.
Once inspired violinist, she inherited her grandfather's violin and his love for the violin, who fought in WW1 and is buried in Arlington Cemetery.
Hobbies include: going to movies with friends, listening to Christian and Jazz music, and relaxing at the beach.
