Nancy Spears

Nancy, and her husband Sam, are one of the founding families of the Family Worship Center. She became a Christian during her college years and was led to move to Daytona Beach to join Maranatha Ministries. She met Sam, and they began their life of serving God together. After attending Rhema Bible Training Center in 1984, she and Sam along with two other families answered the call of God to start Family Worship Center. Nancy and Sam have spent the last 34 years ministering at FWC in various capacities including music ministry and children’s ministry. Nancy’s passion is to see lives changed by the power of God and finds joy in the journey.
Fun facts about Nancy:
Nancy was born and raised in Nashville but never listened to country music until she was an adult.
Was a bank manager for 10 years.
Loves music and worshiping God .
First car was a VW Bug and loves them still today.
Was a Jesus Freak and lived in a Jesus house in the ‘70s.
Worked in theater at Vanderbilt University.
